Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight dimensions along with the customer's address. Rates are calculated at checkout after the shipping address is entered.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking

Order tracking information will be available in the order confirmation email once the package has been shipped. Customers can also create an account to check on order status and previous order details.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship live bait or perishable items.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Lost Items: Handled on a case-by-case basis. We will reach out to USPS to find more information.

Stolen Packages: Apex Tackle Solutions LLC is not responsible for stolen packages that have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items: Damaged items should be reported as soon as possible by submitting an email to info@apxtackle.com with the order number and a photo of the items that have been damaged during shipping. If the items were damaged after shipping, Apex Tackle Solutions LLC assumes no responsibility for replacing or refunding damaged items.
